The Juniper

  • 2 oz Parallax Gin
  • 2 oz Tonic Water
  • 1 tsp Juniper Syrup (see below)
  • Lemon Twist Garnish (optional)

Add Parallax, tonic water, and juniper syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Pour into a chilled glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist (optional)

Juniper Syrup: add 1/2 cup tonic water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 lime, and 15-20 juniper berries into a sauce pan over medium heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 mins until a thick syrup. Cool for 5 mins, strain and save the syrup.
