Lavender Bee’s Knees

  • 2 oz Lavish Gin Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey Syrup
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • Lemon Twist Garnish (optional)

Add Lavish, lemon juice, and honey syrup into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with lemon twist (optional).

Lavender Gin Fizz

  • 2 oz Lavish Gin Liqueur
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • Lemon Twist and/or Lavender Garnish (optional)

Add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with club soda.
